*Not all applicants will qualify for a loan. Larger loan amounts may require a first lien on a motor vehicle no more than ten years old, that meets our value requirements, title in your name with valid insurance. Loan approval and actual loan terms depend on your ability to meet our credit standards (including a responsible credit history, sufficient income after monthly expenses, and availability of collateral). Adequate collateral is required on loans of $1,750 -$10,000. Active duty military, their spouse or dependents covered by the Military Lending Act may not pledge a vehicle as collateral.

Loans cannot exceed a 36% annual percentage rate as calculated under the Illinois Predatory Loan Prevention Act (PLPA APR). Any loan with a PLPA APR over 36% is null and void, such that no person or entity shall have any right to collect, attempt to collect, receive, or retain any principal, fee, interest, or charges related to the loan. The annual percentage rate disclosed in any loan contract may be lower than the PLPA APR.

**For the initial purposes of pre-qualifying you for a loan, we will use credit information from one or more Credit Reporting Agencies. This information is pulled using a “soft” credit inquiry, which does not impact your credit score. If you are approved and accept the loan, we will obtain a complete Consumer Credit Report from one or more Credit Reporting Agencies; this request for a credit report will result in a “hard” credit inquiry and may impact your credit score.
